It was incorporated in September of 2003 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Esparreguera, Spain. The privately held company is primarily involved in the following activities: manufacturing motor vehicle bodies and cabs; and manufacturing truck, automobile and trailers, truck trailer chassis, detachable trailer bodies, and detachable trailer chassis. It also manufactures motor vehicle parts and supplies, such as wheels, frames, axles, transmissions, bearings, springs, bumpers, brake systems, battery relay, alternator and starter, and carbon brush. In addition, the company's products are sold separately or assembled on purchased chassis and sold as complete vehicles.
